This is a big hazy version of the beer that started it all, with three times the honey and plenty more juicy hops. We like to say that this amber ale is covered in honey and smothered in hops. Our origional Bitto was first brewed for a friend of the founder named Tim Bitto to enjoy at his brothers med school grad party. They enjoyed it so much that we decided to start prism.

By brewing with more english than american hops, this beer has a europe comes to America hop flavor.
